1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement is made between ZeusTransfer (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the customer receiving the service (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) and governs the terms of the remote sale of transfer services electronically.
2. Subject
This agreement covers the remote purchase of airport transfer services provided by ZeusTransfer, including the terms of service and the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Order and Confirmation
The Buyer makes a reservation through the ZeusTransfer website or other digital channels. The Seller sends the reservation details and confirmation to the Buyer. The reservation is finalized upon the Seller’s approval.
4. Price and Payment
Transfer fees are as stated on the website. Payment is made online or through designated payment methods at the time of booking.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, cancellation policies related to the service date are stated on the website.
6. Provision of Service
The Seller is obliged to provide the transfer service at the specified date, time, and location. In case of delays or cancellations, the Seller communicates with the customer.
7. Privacy and Personal Data
The Buyer’s personal data is protected under Law No. 6698 on Personal Data Protection (KVKK) and is used solely for providing the service.
8. Dispute Resolution
Turkish courts have jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the parties.
